    I've used this flour in pizza, roux, banana breads, cookies, perogies, and practically everything else. All of my baking has turned out great and I never had a problem with this flour. The packaging is difficult to use though, so I recommend using a separate storage container so you don't have to wrestle with the package so much. I use Robin Hood's flour and this one because I enjoy supporting Canadian companies, I know where my product comes from, and I know what goes into it. Will continue using.
