Good for Muffins, Hit or Miss for Cookies
Muffins always come out perfectly when I use this flour, but it really is a hit or miss for cookies. Sometimes the cookies taste fine, but other times they have a bad aftertaste. I only recommend using this for light and fluffy pastries, otherwise it is really good!
