    I was up in the air on this working, but after talking to an experienced natural health food expert, I found out my body was not absorbing things like it should. So after I got some supplements to fix that, this started working almost to good! I refuse to use that over the counter poison. So I am leaving a very good product review.

    I am an older senior citizen and have battled constipation for years. I have always on the look out for something that works for normal bowel movements. From harsh gagging spoons full, to simple pills for regular daily movement is over, for now. These stimulating pills with a meal are working for me as ordering my fourth bottle. I feel now I do not have to take the full amount requested and am finding good results. Natures' Sunshine Stimulator is working its wonder and a great feeling for this elder lady.

    It really does work. Take it from me—I’ve had chronic IBS-C for a couple years, and sometimes it gets so bad that otc laxatives don’t even help. But this does. I highly recommend it.
