    I used this before finally quitting smoking tobacco.. I did a whole month. Half way through my 30 days. I stopped smoking and I used nicotine patches and started taking high quality supplement(vitamins and minerals from USANA) . It really helped me. Once I was breathing without snot in my throat. I stopped smoking. I felt so GOOD!

    l have COPD. Mullein has made such a difference on my lungs, l can breathe better, get rid of flem. My friend has problems with his lungs also. Mullein has helped also.
