Another mommy fuel favourite!!
Rhodiola by Living Alchemy has been my pandemic saviour as both of my girls have been home for over a year! Rhodiola plus Ashwagandha is the ultimate mommy fuel, and I can't go a day without them!

Love this product!!
During Covid I experienced my first anxiety attack and had no idea what to do with myself. I was extremely stressed, unhappy and unmotivated. I started using this blend of Rhodiola on a whim as it was advised to me by a lady at Whole Foods. It took me a week to get used to the supplement (had the jitters) and I was not sure if I would continue to take Rhodiola. After a week, I started feeling so much brighter and clearer. I noticed the difference in my mood, work and general life interactions. I bought a few bottles to give to other friends to try. I cannot recommend this product enough!! Please try this if you want a general mood booster or if you are feeling anxious.

I can fully feel the wonderful effects
This product is amazing. I was using normal Rhodiola extract from NOW Pharmaceuticals with very little effect and was getting quite disappointed. Someone recommended that I try this product and boy am I happy I did. I can fully feel the wonderful effects of the Rhodiola in terms of energy, alertness and anxiety reduction. I feel as though the fermentation process allows my body to fully absorb the ingredients! Amazing product
