    I started using holy basil about a week ago, I take two at night to help me sleep. I am finally getting a restful sleep! I wake up in the morning energized, I have a wonderful sleep, and my energy level throughout the day is so much better. I’m also finding that stressful situations at work don’t bother me as much.

    Living alchemy’s :sparkles: holy basil :sparkles: is my absolute FAV!!! I really notice a difference when I take it. It keeps me happy and chill all day! Sometimes I’ll take all 3 capsules before work or I’ll space it out and take some throughout the day and or before bed. Highly recommend!! :heart:️

    A worker recommended this too me after telling her how high strung I have been lately. She said its a herb traditionally used by monks? I don't know if that's true, but after using it, I could definitely see why it would be!! its very calming and I found that in as little as just a few days, I wasn't feeling as pessimistic or as anxious! Great product and very helpful staff

    Love using this product to help with concentration in the afternoon. Helps keep stress under control and lets me focus on what I need to get done. Also works great when dealing with a teenager and mood swings. Keeps the stress under control for mom and dad.
