Amazing!
I started using holy basil about a week ago, I take two at night to help me sleep. I am finally getting a restful sleep! I wake up in the morning energized, I have a wonderful sleep, and my energy level throughout the day is so much better. I’m also finding that stressful situations at work don’t bother me as much.

Living alchemy’s :sparkles: holy basil :sparkles: is my absolute FAV!!! I really notice a difference when I take it. It keeps me happy and chill all day! Sometimes I’ll take all 3 capsules before work or I’ll space it out and take some throughout the day and or before bed. Highly recommend!! :heart:️

A worker recommended this too me after telling her how high strung I have been lately. She said its a herb traditionally used by monks? I don't know if that's true, but after using it, I could definitely see why it would be!! its very calming and I found that in as little as just a few days, I wasn't feeling as pessimistic or as anxious!
