Directions: Spray 10 times daily in the mouth. Take with food and plenty of fluids. Take a few hours before or after taking supplements containing iron, zinc, calcium or copper.

Cautions: Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen. Contra-Indications: Do not take if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Do not administer therapeutically to children. Do not use if you have a hypersensitivity or are allergic to herbs in the Lamiacaea family such as basil, hyssop, lavender, perilla, rosemary, sage, and thyme. Known Adverse Reactions: May irritate the Gi tract and mucous membranes, in which case discontinue use. Hypersensitivity is known to occur, in which case discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner.

    Love this product! I use it all the time. Whenever I get a tickle in my throat, it relieves it within minutes! I also find it helps fights cold sores fast and effectively. I bought two to share with friends and family :grin:

    I was recommended this spray and it was one of the best purchases that I have ever made. I tried the Arctic mint, and it is amazing. I got a nasty cough, and as soon as sprayed my throat with it, the burning sensation went away, and I was able to sleep all night without coughing.

    This is the definition of a miracle spray. This throat spray works wonders for a cough. I love that is has oregano for anything anti-viral anti-bacterial. Any time I feel a little tickle coming on I do a couple sprays and It goes away. It doesn't taste amazing but it works so well!
