It is made with 1000 IU (per daily dose) of cholecalciferol vitamin D3 along with lemon essential oil (for flavour) to help prevent vitamin D deficiency and to support the maintenance of good health. It is an effective formula that helps in the absorption and use of calcium; and calcium intake when combined with sufficient vitamin D, a healthy diet and regular exercise, may reduce the risk of developing osteoporosis. It is also an effective formula for helping in the absorption of phosphorus, supporting the immune system, and in the development and maintenance of bones and teeth. It is non-GMO, and free of artificial preservatives, flavours and colours.

Directions: Children and Adolescents (0-13 years): 1 spray 1 time(s) per day. Adults and Adolescents (14 and over): 1 spray 1 time(s) per day. Spray into your mouth under the tongue, hold for 20 seconds and swallow. Store in an upright position. Rinse spray nozzle under warm water if clogged.

    Finally, a Vitamin D3 that tastes great and super easy to take!

    The Vitamin D3 has been a perfect solution for me. I prefer the oral spray to the hard to swallow tablets and the sugar and salty taste I found with certain vitamin D3 gummies. The ability to adjust the dose using the pump spray makes it ideal for the whole family. (I am buying more for my kids). Plus as an added bonus I wasn't expecting, I love the lemon flavour. It tastes like a lemon drop!

    I bought this for my kids to take - they love the strong lemon flavour! For some reason the spraying mechanism is also quite powerful and if I spray it straight in some always comes shooting back out which is obviously messy and a bit of a waste. I guess I need more practice :)

    Better than other vitamin D

    I needed a vitamin D I could take without food and this was the perfect solution. I take one dose per day and can feel an improvement in my mood most of the time. This product can leak though so be careful when handling!

    Just a Great way to get your daily Vitamin D!!! Easy to take, and tastes good.
