Directions:
Boil 2 liters of filtered water. Remove from heat and add one tea bag. Cover and let sit for 6-8 hours. Pour into container and keep refrigerated. Sweeten and/or add lemon if desired. Leave tea bags in container until the tea is consumed.

    Been using this tea as recommended for almost a month. I will certainly continue for some time yet. First thing comes to mind is satisfying taste. this tea quenches thirst & taste so smooth. definitely cleansing... feeling slightly more energized.

    Where has this been all my life!?!? Feel great. Results took longer than indicated (for me it took 5 days to work...much longer than their literature) but once I started it was great.

    I discovered Wholy Tea in my grade 11th year, I started using it to help with constipation issues i had had for years as a teenager, I found that the tea did more than just help my bowel, it also cleared my acne and improved my skin health overall, making it soft and healthy looking, i had a continual increase of energy levels, although during the initial detox phase between consumption and clearing, can cause slight tiredness, that would pass as soon as the tea did its job, I had a boost of energy for weeks. I have continued to use it 3 times a year. I continue to use it and is a staple in my cabinet all year long. Highly recommend it, during checkups with my doctors they always remark that using the Wholy Tea has helped my body prevent disease complications. It has helped me to manage high blood pressure for the past few years.
