    I have very blemish-prone and oily skin and this toner is the best and most cost-efficient toner that I have ever used. It helps to dry out my stubborn breakouts (without drying out my skin), it helps to tame my oily skin, and it perfectly primes my face for makeup. I will never waste money buying expensive toners ever again!
