Directions: Adults and Children (12 years and older): Swish 2 tsp of HPM for atleast one minute and expel. Use up to 4 times daily after meals and at bedtime, or as directed by a health professional.

    The oxygen bubbles you can notice it working killing bacteria and pores having sense relaxation. Pros: The quality ingredients and oxygen molecules makes your mouth feel refresh and I notice its last clean after you eat since oxygen molecules are active more deep cleaning still. Cons: I notice you have to wait more than 10 minutes when you gargle if you don't ingredients penetrated in your mouth feels awkward or bad no taste on your food. I say wait like 30 minutes then eat.
