Directions: Adults take 1-2 tablets, 1-5 times per day as needed. To a maximum of 10 tablets per day. For insomnia: For best results, take 1-2 tablets 30 minutes before bedtime. May take additional tablets as needed to promote sleep. For nerve relaxation: For best results, take 1-2 tablets every 3 hours until bedtime or as directed by a health care practitioner. To a maximum of 10 tablets per day.

Caution: Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen or if sleeplessness persists continuously for more than 3 weeks (chronic insomnia), or if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Consumption with alcohol, other drugs or natural health products with sedative properties is not recommended. Exercise caution if operating heavy machinery or driving a motor vehicle within 2 hours of consumption. Some people may experience drowsiness.

    I like to use this product to help me fall asleep. The great thing is if you wake up you can take a couple more and fall back to sleep without feeling groggy in the morning.
