A game-changer for morning sickness
I am 6 weeks pregnant with my second baby and was struggling with morning sickness. Nausea and heartburn were a huge struggle for the entirety of my last pregnancy, but I've heard nettle has great healing properties. This time, week 4 was horrible, and I was thinking. . . "how many more weeks of this? 36? I am going to die. . . " So I've been drinking 2 cups of nettle tea per day for two weeks now - and on days when I am diligent, my symptoms are almost gone. It's a godsend! The taste is pretty bland. Do not add honey, that was a huge mistake. But I've been double-steeping with Orange spice or sweet dreams herbal teas (both by Bigelow) plus sugar, and that makes it palatable. Perhaps it's a bit more expensive than other tea without nettle, but it has made a difference for me and is totally worth it.
