Directions: Take 2 to 4 times per day. Adults: 2tsp (10mL). 10-14 years old: 1 tsp (5mL). 5-9 years old: 1/2tsp (2.5mL). 2-4 years old: 1/4tsp (1.25mL).

Caution: This syrup contains honey and other apiarian products. It is not recommended for people who are allergic to such products or children under one year of age. Do not use while pregnant or breastfeeding. Consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use if you are taking immunosuppressants, or if you have a progressive systemic disease such as tuberculosis, leukosis, collagenosis or multiple sclerosis. Do not use if you are allergic to plants of the Asteraceae/Compositae/daisy family. A hypersensitivity (e.g., an ALLERGY) may manifest. If so, stop using.

    works great but has a strong alcohol like taste that is off putting. other brands taste better and work just as good.

    This is a Cdn product that is 100% elderberries. It helps to relieve congestion of sinuses & lungs and really helps with a sore throat. My grandchildren love the Kids version, always have it in my house. Great tasting.
