Visibly Noticeable Difference
I was pleasantly surprised when I noticed a positive change in the hair after taking 2 capsules/day, which was confirmation that it was/is working. There is no aftertaste however for those who struggle with swallowing capsules, you may have an issue with these. I usually take large gulps of liquids when I'm taking any supplement.

Sisu brand Only Minerals is a great product to support your immune system. It will also help with muscle recovery. These minerals can be hard to get enough of in some diets. Taking them in supplement form can help if your dietary sources are limited.
