    Relief and faster recovery

    I really find the recovery 3.0 has helped my aches, pains and stiffness considerably. When I do a lot of physical work I still get a bit sore but I bounce back and feel alright the next day since I started taking recovery. I did have a bout of constipation initially when I started and apparently is common during introductory period. I drank more water and kept taking it twice a day and now I'm regular and feeling pretty good.

    2nd bottle. I do 2 workouts a day with 12 hr shifts as my rest days. Does amazing work for my body. Without it, I notice I'm more fatigued and body stays banged up. Couple days of rest and I'm eager to get back into the gym. It stays in my regiment now.

    This product has changed my life! I have Multiple Sclerosis and recently started having nerve pain in my legs. This was recommended and within 3 days the pain was gone.. I ran out of my first bottle and thought maybe it was just a flare up, but the nerve pain came back. I started another bottle and same thing the pain went away. As I also get regular blood work done my inflammation markers have also gone down since I've been using. This product is now a staple in my life. Highly recommend! I've also noticed less joint issues getting out of bed, which is another plus.

    Suffered with knee pain for many years. Recovery allows me to walk pain free most of the time. Do feel light discomfort at tiems but considering the pain I suffered before, this is a belssing to be able to enjoy walking again.
