Directions: As a factor in the maintenance of good health, children (4−8 years) chew 1 tablet daily with breakfast. Children (9–13 years): Chew 1 tablet with breakfast and 1 tablet with dinner for a total of 2 tablets per day. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications
Caution: Large tablet, ensure that your child chews thoroughly before swallowing. Do not use if hypersensitivity to algin or algin-containing products has previously occurred.

Perfect Vitamins
These are the perfect vitamins for kids. I’ve done so much research, finding the healthiest and most complete vitamins for my kids. These fit the bill! They are quite big though, so maybe not great for younger kids. The taste is not my kids favourite, and they do occasionally complain about it, but they still take them.
