    For HA to work well, you very likely need to use some vitamin C with it; e.g., 500 mg at breakfast and lunchtime.

    The pills are no doubt much more dilute than injections so it will likely take longer to show a positive result.

    I love these pills- easy to take on trips when carrying the liquid hyaluronic acid is problematic. Plus the go down easier- the liquid is akin to snot- so not always able to swallow that!. It’s part of my stay healthy kit.
