Directions: For hard produce: apples, tomatoes, etc. Squirt approximately one tablespoon amount onto produce and rub over surface for 30 seconds. Rinse with cold water. For Soft Produce: grapes, berries, broccoli, etc. Place produce in a mix of approximately 30 mL / 1 oz concentrate to approximately 1 gallon (4.5 litres / 152 oz) of cool water. Allow to soak for up to 5 minutes. Rinse well with cool water.
