    I have 4 kids, work a full time job, and constantly feel overwhelmed during the days. I started taking Magnesium Bisglycinate plus L-Theanine about a month ago and wow have I noticed a difference! I tend to feel calmer, not as tense, and not as frantic during my days. I don't get drowsy but my mind feels calmer. I would definitely recommend this to anyone. Amazing product!

    The bottle only includes adults in their dosage recommendations, however, I was advised that this product was safe for my teen to take as well. She is in highschool and is often stressed with school work, sports, and managing friendships. She struggles to sleep at night, has trouble focusing when overwhelmed, and tends to burn out easily from all the stress. This product was recommended and wow has she noticed a difference! She says it helps to calm her racing thoughts, she feels more relaxed during the days, and does not feel stressed to the point of burnout when it comes to school work. She loves this product and says she never wants to stop taking it! So glad I could find a clean product to support my daughter.

    I have always felt like my brain is constantly awake and struggled with falling asleep for so long. Someone recommended this product since it also contains L-Theanine to enhance the relaxation that the normal magnesium suppplement provides. I take this about 30 minutes before I sleep and it helps to calm the racing thoughts. Not a sleep aid like melatonin, but helps me feel relaxed so my body can fall asleep.

    I have taken magnesium for a while to promote relaxation. I was curious when this new product came out and switched over to it. Love it! I found benefits from magnesium and would recommend that as well, but this product has enhanced my relaxation and helped me cope with stresses immensely. Seems to also help my muscles feel calmer and not as tight and tense! Highly recommend!

    I got this product for my husband to take since he struggles from work overload and energy throughout the day. This product has done him wonders. He says it helps him cope better with stress and be able to focus on tasks rather than get too stressed and procrastinate them all. He also says it seems to give him more energy than before. Love that it comes in a bisglycinate form so it does not upset his stomach during the day.
