Directions: Open the pouch to activate the patch. Once exposed to air, the patch begins to warm naturally. For menstrual cramps, apply the patch to the outside of clothing over the lower abdomen or lower back. Do not apply directly to the skin. Each patch provides up to 8 hours of warmth and is for single use only.
