Directions: Remove the clear safety cap from the bottle. Prior to initial use, prime the pump by holding it upright and pumping one or more times until the solution is dispensed. Clear the nasal passages by gently blowing your nose prior to use. Insert the nozzle into nostril and depress pump completely while breathing in through your nose. Spray 2-4 times in each nostril. Clean nozzle after each use and replace the safety cap.

    This helps soothe and open my nasal passages. It was recommend to me by a friend and I can recommend it to others. I still use saline too but after I rinse, I wait a while then use this spray. Helps me.

    Seems to do what it is supposed to. The taste that runs down in the back of your throat is not pleasant but it also doesn't last long.
