As this is a delicate herba and is more potent when exposed to high temperatures for a short period of time.  So that your tea has its maximum medicinal properties and flavour, be sure that your water is at a rolling boil when you pour it over your tea bags. If you desire a medicinal tea:  be sure to sue one tea bag per cup of boiling water, cover and steep for 7-12 minutes.  This is known as the infusion method. If you desire a pleasure tea or quick brew:  use one tea bag per cup of hot water.  Pour boiling water over tea bags, cover, and let steep 3 to 5 minutes to taste.

Caused contractions. Tastes like red rose.

Had a surprisingly nice taste. Tasted like red rose. (And I don't like herbal tea except mint, so I thought I would hate it.) I drank it will milk and sweetener. I used it to go into labour. It almost worked when I made the labour tea (12 bags in one pot and drink throughout.the day) but labour ended up slowing down in the after almost a day of contractions and 8 hours hours of consistent, strong regular contractions 4 mins apart accompanied by back pain.

Not sure it if was fluke having a short cervix and all aha but I went into labour and had my baby literally the day after I started drinking this. The flavour is sweet. It tastes good hot or even cold if you end up forgetting about it.

    Yummy!

I brew it with one red raspberry leaf tea bag and a decaffinated orange pekoe tea bag together covered and steeped for 12 minutes. I then remove the decaf orange pekoe tea bag and add a little bit of sugar. Absolutely delicious! I started using it at 36 weeks pregnant and am hoping it will lead to an easier or quicker labour, as my last baby took over 37 hours.

    Love it

I bought this for the benefits it may pose for assisting labour and delivery. I make mine with a teaspoon of honey and some fresh lemon and I love the taste of it. What it does for labour I'm not sure yet but I will update after I have the baby!
