    I have used Milk Thistle in tinture form off and on for decades, I have also made my own at some point. I have to say this brand is exceptional, the concentration , the quality of extraction.The required dose is 3x per day , but I find just once a day as been working . From the first day , digestion is very much improved ! excellent product!!

    Since I started using this in my daily smoothies I have no more stomach rumblings. All the bad bacteria is history. Do not overdose per serving or else..... Worked great for me!
