Directions: Adults (18 years and older): Take 1 capsule 1 to 2 times per day. Allow at least 6 to 12 hours for laxative effects to occur. Take a single dose at bedtime, a few hours before or after taking other medications or health products, two to three times per week. Frequency of use may be increased up to once daily if results are not observed.
