About Product: 

The Diva Disc was created by the same makers of the original Diva Cup. Designed with the same intentions in mind, the Diva Disc comes in an oval shape to prevent rotation while wearing. Made with 100% medial grade silicon, the Diva Disc is soft, flexible, and folds to the size of a tampon for insertion, fitting naturally behind the pubic bone to provide optimal comfort. The Diva Disc also comes with a new built in leakproof shield that helps to prevent mid-wear leaks and messy removal. Furthermore, this product is designed with an anti-slip pull tab that stays in reach to ensure easy removal. The Diva Disc offers up to 12 hours of protection and has a 36mL capacity, holding up to 7 regular tampons of flow.

Directions: Before using the Diva Disc for the first time, sanitize it in a pot of boiling water for 5-10 minutes. To insert, pinch the Diva Disc lengthwise. Hold the folded Diva Disc between your thumb and forefinger with the anti-slip pull-tab facing out and away from your body. Push the opposite end of the pinched disc into your vagina horizontally. Then, tuck it in place behind your pubic bone. When it's time to empty your Diva Disc, wash your hands. Using your index finger, untuck the front rim of your Diva Disc from behind the pubic bone. Loop your finger into the anti-slip pull-tab and gently slide the Diva Disc out, keeping it horizontal to avoid spills. Empty your flow into the toilet, sink, or shower. Then, wash your hands, and wash your Diva Disc. Before insertion and after removal, you should wash your Diva Disc with Diva wash or a mild and fragrance free, oil-free soap.
