    It’s a little secret weapon for my wellness routine. I take it with orange juice, and I guess it doesn’t have any flavour, yeh the iron liquid. Drink plenty of water. Good diet.

    I hate swallowing pills and this is a great alternative. Incredibly easy on my stomach, easily mixes with any liquid, and no nasty aftertaste. I do find a difference in energy after a couple of days.
