Helped with hot flashes
These are the worst tasting and smelling pills I have ever taken, however, they do seem to help with hot flashes. Since I have started taking them my hot flashes has lessened. I will probably purchase more of them.

It definitely works for me, so far anyway
It states on the bottle, "Use for a minimum of 3 months to see beneficial effects." I've been taking them now for 1 month and I see a difference. My hot flashes are not so severe, I don't sweat so much. I still have the feeling of one coming on but I don't get so overwhelmed and overheated like I used to before taking these. So thankful for my sister-in-law who mentioned these to me. Bottle says to take 2 tablets at breakfast and 2 tablets at bedtime.

Controls Night Sweats
I am in perimenopause and I get terrible night sweats. After about one month of using this product, the night sweats are not as bad. I am sleeping better as well. Will continue to use.
