Directions: Adults mix 1 scoop (6 grams) into 250 mL of any non-carbonated beverage of your choice or water. Take atleast 2-3 hours before or after antibiotics.
Caution: Do not use this product if you have diabetes mellitus in which blood sugar is difficult to regulate or if you have an immune-compromised condition (e.g. AIDS, lymphoma, patients undergoing long-term corticosteroid treatment). Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have fever, vomiting, bloody diarrhea or severe abdominal pain. Stop use and consult a health care practitioner if symptoms of digestive upset (e.g. diarrhea) occur, worsen and/or persists beyond 3 days. May cause temporary gas and/or bloating.

Great purchase!

Good but Goopy!
The product has helped so much with my gut support! Great for keeping things regular (if you know what I mean...) does not mix well just in water just creates goop, but great in smoothies or in oatmeal!

I've been taking this product for a couple weeks and have noticed a huge difference in my gut health! doesn't mix well in just water but works great in a smoothie! I will for sure keep taking this product!

Flavourless but it did not mix will in a shaker bottle - it stayed very chunky and was gross then. Was okay when blended into a smoothie but still takes awhile to blend.

Great product
I purchased this product to add to my morning smoothie. It has no taste and dissolves completely, no clumps. I struggle to get enough fibre everyday so this is a super easy way to boost it!
