GOod healthy spray
I like the health benefits of this spray. How ever it is not the best at preventing sticking in my frying pan. I prefer olive oil spray.

This product was a wonderful discovery. I use it to spray on the top of cookies to give them a coating that will brown nicely......and i use it to coat the pan.
