Great for cold sores
I have taken these for years. When I started taking them, I had cold sores quite often. I was recommended to take this daily for 6 months. I did that and have had almost no cold sores since.

Great Daily Supplement
I take the three (3) tablets in the morning as directed and have noticed that it greatly reduces the number of mouth ulcers (canker sores) I get and when I rarely do get one they are not painful and don't last more than a couple days at most.
