I suffered from low iron and heavy periods. I took 2 daily and then on my period 3 . It helped to reduce my heavy flow shortened my period without constipation or heart burn.

Gentle and Effective
Platinum Easy Iron is very gentle on my stomach and has not caused any constipation. My body cannot tolerate a high dose of iron all at once, yet I am able to adapt to this product when I take it twice a day (AM & PM). It is helping to improve my anemia.

Have started taking iron supplements as we eat more and more vegetarian.( I have been taking the Sisu brand iron with no problems. )I do have a bit of a sensitive gut though. And I wholly believe that one should rotate brands as one isn't going to be perfect for everybody. I look forward to trying this brand.
