    I use to take my Omega 3 from another brand but since I discovered Nutra Sea, I am hooked! I buy this format and also the pure oil, both are fabulous and give me remarkable results. Always, I buy the Extra-Strength for better results.

    It’s expensive but it’s the only omega 3 that doesn’t stink/make me feel nauseous & the epa to dha ratio is perfect for me.

    These are big capsules but I don’t have any trouble swallowing them. Once in a while I do burp after and there is no fishy taste.
