It works very well
As others have indicated, this is a poorly absorbed form of magnesium which pulls water into the GI tract helping to stimulate a bowel movement. It works very well for that and is much better than taking stimulants for occasional constipation! No taste and mixes okay in water, just looks a little cloudy
