    Unbelievable energy and reduction in swelling

    I started this and by the 2nd day I had a huge surge in my energy level. I also noticed that it suppressed my appetite. It acts as a diuretic so make sure you are near a bathroom for at least a couple hours after you take it. Honestly I did not expect the results I am getting from this and have only been taking it for 2 weeks but notice a HUGE difference in my energy and ankle swelling.

    I used this product in conjunction with NATURE'S SUNSHINE Lymphatic Drainage Supplements, 2 Fluid Ounce on an average of once a day. I am on day 10 and I see and feel the difference. I have lymphodema in my right foot. This weekend I ran 4 miles. I had red wine and I was expecting fluid build up on my foot there was none.
