Clear skin
I have battled with skin breakouts since a teenager (now in my mind 30's). It took many years to recognise that the breakouts were occuring following eating dairy as it was a delayed reaction. I have tried many different treatments/supplements/elimination diets etc over the years, and in the past couple of years began drinking chlorophyll daily. Since doing this, my skin has been perfectly clear, and I am now able to eat dairy without any spots. When I've been away and not had chlorophyll for a few days, I then notice breakouts begin to occur again, then a few days back with chlorophyll and it all clears up again. I'm not sure how it works and why, but it's been the most affective thing and made the biggest difference in my self esteem having clear skin. I love the nature's Sunshine brand as it's much more concentrated than some of the other brands, so I only need a small amount each day and it tastes great!

This Chlorophyll is super tasty and full of goodness! I've tried other brands and they can be quite unpalatable .. however, this one is very nice and worth every cent.
