Good vitamin C
I use this for 2 of my children who have frequent nosebleeds. Taking one of these a day has stopped most of the nosebleeds. Good product.

Natural as their name
Have always loved Natural factors. Since the 1970’s, I have been using their products. Back then they were ahead of the pack and were noted for the pure naturalness of their products, meaning not synthetic. I try to read up on them and have over the years and have the belief they are still the same. I like the idea that this Vitamin C is time released over 8 hours. Highly recommend them and any product made by Natural Factor.

you can always break them in half if you're a wimp (jkjk). Can't comment on flavor because you're supposed to swallow these not suck on them so you can give flavor 1 star... great price. You should all be taking 1000mg VitC/day. It'll turn you into a god damn superhero.
