It works
I have used a few different brands of PS and I keep returning to Natural Factors. I suffered from meningitis 15 years ago followed by a whopper of a concussion around 5 years ago. My short term memory has been an ongoing frustration due to those unfortunate events. PS makes a noticeable difference for me. I’m sharper and able to recall words easier. So grateful for this product.

Often Touted for Memory but works great as a sleep aid
I've used PS for some time to help me sleep at night. I only need to take one 100 mg softgel. Before taking it, I would fall asleep but wake up frequently during the night. PS has also helped with my memory especially for numbers. It is a bit of a costly supplement but ordering 120 softgels at a time makes the price more reasonable.
