Helped lower my blood pressure.
I started taking this along with Carditone, and after a week or so of adjusting, my bp has ranged from 119-135/65, usually on the lower end. I could also feel the inflammation in my carotid artery. It was painful. After the using the nattokinase for a few weeks, the pain (and I assume the inflammation) were gone. I highly recommend. If you can take only one, I would start with the Carditone.

Great Supplement and Brand
This Nattokinase brand from natural factors is very good. It supposedly helps with circulation and can also help avoid clots. Blood is better with this supplement and its made from natto so its all natural. Its not harmful and dissolves easily in a drink to drink in your house, biofilm, candida. Good stuff.
