Happy with my purchase
Along with other things I use, I use this product to help balance my l-lysine and l-arginine to control Shingles outbreaks. It works for me and I use it on a regular basis.

#1 in my book to prevent fever blisters
I get fever blisters and I had been taking L-Lysine for years and stopped and then the fever blisters came back. Now I'm back on it and it's working very well. The prescription version isn't healthy for you body , but the L-Lysine has no side effects, other then keeping the fever blister outbreaks away. Great product and I highly recommend this to anyone who experiences this problem.

Miracle amino acid
I've been taking 3000mg per day of this product (per my Dr's recommendation) for EBV. My sore throat cleared up in a matter of days. It's a very effective product and very reasonably priced. L-lysine is also great to take if you feel a cold sore coming on, if you start taking it as soon as you feel that tingling sensation, the cold sore often goes away before it even manifests.
