    This capsule is a breeze to swallow. It's got good stuff in it. Can't say I've seen all the magic yet 'cause some things take time to kick in. Just started popping these babies, so I'll give it another week or two before I judge. Fingers crossed they're doing some good inside. Oh, and no nasty side effects so far, which is a plus! Consult an expert before using it.

    I've had issues with my liver in the past and I'm on the hunt for a liver support supplement. I found Dr. Klein's Alpha Lipo Liver Daily Liver Support, which might be just what I need. Each bottle contains 90 capsules, enough for a 30-day supply. The recommended dosage is one capsule three times a day with meals, and I find the capsules easy to swallow with no unpleasant taste or smell. After taking this supplement for two weeks, I've noticed an increase in my overall energy levels. Importantly, I haven't experienced any side effects or adverse reactions during this period. While the long-term effects are yet to be seen, my initial experience with this liver support supplement has been positive.

    I have been taking most of these ingredients separately so very happy to find them all in one supplement. Very easy to take. You take one caplet 3x daily - making this a 30 day supply.

    Obviously, check with your own doctor before taking supplements. But it doesn’t look like the ingredients or amounts in these capsules will harm the average person. I haven’t noticed a change either way, but it may be too early to tell. They’re standard, easy to swallow capsules and worth a try if you have liver concerns. Made in Canada is a bonus.

    I have only taken them for a few days, so too early to know if they work. Would think blood work might be the only indicator. States it can take about 3 weeks to notice a difference. Easy to swallow capsule. Taking 3 times a day, this has a 30 day supply.

    This is a nice mix of nutrients to take with a meal. And the inclusion of Milk Thistle is great to see, as it has great benefits, especially for the liver. Seems well formulated. And it's from a small Canadian business, which fills me with more confidence that it's a quality product!

    I appreciate that this supplement is made in Canada I find the capsules easy to swallow and have had no side effects at all.
