Directions:Â Mix 1 scoop into 5-7 ounces of milk, milk alternative, or water (cold/hot). Stir, shake, or blend well. Can also be added to smoothies or protein shakes. For best results mix scoop of powder into 1 ounce of liquid, then add remaining liquid. Take at least 2-3 hours before or after anitbiotics or other medications.

Nutrients for picky eaters
My son is so picky. We can get him to try vegetables but he won’t usually continue to eat them. I have found ways to sneak in veggies but this also helps me to get him some nutrients he loves the taste

Our kids love this. I tried it as well and it’s delicious. It tastes just like chocolate milk... as others have mentioned it is hard to mix in. We have a milk frother for coffee and I use that to mix it. I put the appropriate mix in with a small amount of milk.
