- Directions:
- Mix 1 level scoop (7g) in 250ml of water and consume once per day. Take with at least 1 glass of liquid. Maintain adequate fluid intake. Take 2 hours before or after taking other medications and/or natural health products.

It has definitely helped keep me regular. I mix it with Gatorade Zero as it has a not so great taste on it's own. I have purchased several times. Would be nice if it came in a larger container.

I was looking for a replacement for the Regular Girl Soluble fibre and tried this one. It is easy enough to add to my morning protein drink but I find that it doesn’t dissolve quite as nicely. It helps keep me regular better than others I’ve tried and is a good price.
