    I like that they are once a day and don't need to be in the fridge, I keep mine in the fridge anyways. These have been the best so far for me, they have been helpful for preventing certain infections that have been recurrent and overall great for womans health. I seem to notice a difference within a day or two. I have tried a few other kinds that just don't work for me. I like these ones.

    Perfect probiotic it is a one a day and it does not have to be refrigerated. I always forget to take my probiotic when it stays in the fridge so I love that this does not need to be.
