Directions:Â Take 1 capsule daily or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner. Take at least 2-3 hours before or after the use of antibiotics.
Cautions & Warnings:  Do not use this product if you have an immune-compromised condition. Do not use this product if you are currently taking tetracycline, kanamycin, or clindamycin. Consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use if you have fever, vomiting, bloody diarrhea, severe abdominal pain, diabetes, allergy to latex or fruits, are pregnant or breastfeeding, have a gastrointestinal lesion/ulcer, are taking an anticoagulant/blood thinner, anti-inflammatory or antibiotic, are having surgery or for prolonged use. Headaches, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, heartburn, bloating and hypersensitivity have been known to occur, in which case, discontinue use. If symptoms of digestive upset occur, worsen or persist beyond 3 days, discontinue use and consult a healthcare practitioner. Take at least 2-3 hours before or after the use of antibiotics.

Best probiotic
Perfect probiotic it is a one a day and it does not have to be refrigerated. I always forget to take my probiotic when it stays in the fridge so I love that this does not need to be.
