Directions: Shake well before use. Take 2 tablespoons (30 ml), 2-3 times daily. Keep out of reach of children. Keep refrigerated at all times after opening and consume within 4 weeks.

Helps with asthma/allergies flare-up
This is a great product. I use it when I have a flare up. It helps with asthma or allergies. I have asthma and I find it helps with my occasional flare-ups due to allergies or PND. It tastes okay, but that's fine because it works great. I take it until the bottle is finished when my breathing is laboured. I will continue to reuse this product.

Works every time
This has become my stand by for any cold, ear ache or sinus issue. The only problem I have with it is that it has to be consumed within ten days of opening but it is so effective that I generally only need it when I feel a cold coming on or if I get some once a cold is in full effect, it hastens recovery so quickly that I would never need it for ten days. It would be nice if it came in smaller bottlers, like tiny six packs or something so that they could be preserved and used only as needed.
