Directions: For an inspired cup of tea: bring fresh, filtered water to a boil. Pour over a bag of Flora Holy Basil and steep 4-5 minutes to desired strength. Squeeze bag gently and remove. Hot or cold, this is a sublime thirst-quencher.

    My ND suggested I try Holy Basil tea....The Flora product has a great, earthy taste and a rich texture. Helped me ditch the caffeine, and get all the benefits of Holy Basil.

    I LOVE this tea! It has a nice subtle flavour with a bit of a "smokey" aftertaste. It is a nice tea when you want to create a moment to relax during a hectic day. It may not be a tea that is for everyone as the taste is certainly more unusual than other teas on the market. If you feel stressed and want to try something very different, you may wish to consider this tea. The quality is very good and there is enough in one tea bag to have 2 cups of good strength. For the price, I think this is "a keeper" for any tea enthusiast.
