Guar gum free
I really like this coconut milk brand, I've purchased at least 6 or more time. I tried it because its one of the few guar gum free coconut milk brands, if you have nay sort of digestive issues I would recommend you try this. It has a really great flavor, and I use for making homemade coconut milk.

No additives
That is just coconut and water and no additives This is compliant and works well. Of course it separates, because it has no guar gum. That's why it needs serious shaking before opening.

Tasty
Tastes good. I use it to make coconut kefir Tasty! U need to strain the milk using a plastic strainer with kind of big holes before u put the kefir grains. This will help u to make sure that the coconut milk pass through it before u put the grains and end up with grains and coconut.

Good taste
I like this brand of coconut milk. I do need to set the cans in warm water to be able to get it stirred up nicely, but I like that there are no added emulsifiers.

A genuine natural product, in a natural can!!
It is a treat to find a product that has not been "modified" for texture etc. This is the real deal, just as if you made it yourself. it comes with lumps and liquid, which is perfectly NORMAL if you try to make it yourself.
