Directions:Â Two ways to insert Diva Cups: 1. U-Fold - Press the sides of cup with your fingers and fold it in half to create a U. 2. Push-down Fold - Hold the rim of the cup. With your index finger on the top rim, push the rim down to the center of the cup base to create a triangle. Has an attached stem for removal.
