Great! Avocado oil
It helps with your brain in the morning you can also have a tablespoon of it everyday whether or not you're pregnant but if you're pregnant it helps so that the baby comes out without all the white stuff covered on his or her skin

This is a good quality oil that is reasonably priced. The oil has one of the highest smoke points so it is good to use when frying or high temperature cooking.

It tastes good naturally. It has a great smoke point. Is good for you AND as an Black African-American with natural 4c hair it's also handy for moisturizing my hair and skin.
